The thing about the Buddha is, he's just one more patriarchal savior on a long list of patriarchal saviors

The Buddha: repugnant and self-satisfied

"Such indeed is how the steadfast act:

They are not attached to life.

Having drawn out craving at its root

Godhika has attained final Nibbaana."

Where have all the wise women gone to?

Why are all of the world's most popular and fervent religions headed by male Gods and saviors?

Where are all the matriarchal religions and saviors?

Why is the world run almost exclusively by men?

I love men, but I am awfully tired of being led exclusively by them.

Where are all the female physicists?

Where are all the female police authorities, presidents, military leaders?

Where are all the female shamans and rabbis and priests?

Where are all the women?!

Isn't the incongruity blatantly obvious? Because it certainly is to me.

This isn't about feminism. I am not a feminist. I'm a humanist. Men are just as oppressed by their male leaders and messiahs and saviors as women are. But so long as there is a divide between men and women, so long as women are banished from roles of authority and leadership, the world will be in an unbalanced state of chaos and war. The world was not meant to be led by men alone. It is meant to be run by men and women equally.

Name me one female messiah from any major world religion and I'll show you a pig that flies.
